Peter Davis - Chairman - Peter is an experienced leader and adviser of companies across a range of service industries, both in the public and private sectors. After some years as a partner in Price Waterhouse he held senior executive roles in the retail and insurance industries. In 1993 he became the first Director General of the UK National Lottery, successfully setting up the largest lottery in the world. Peter has been a non-executive director of many companies, including Abbey National, Avis Europe, Equitable Life, Boosey & Hawkes and Provident Financial.
James Zorab – CEO - Codel was was launched in 2005 as a subsidiary of The Ascent Group, a technology incubator, which James formed in 1984 as a spin-out from Cardiff University. He is an experienced entrepreneur and manager of SMEs, raising venture capital funds where necessary and inspiring and leading a team of innovators and developers to introduce new technologies across a wide range of sectors.
Mark Broughton - Commercial Director - Mark has extensive general management experience at Board level, with a proven track record of successfully promoting change in creative, Intellectual Property based SMEs. He has developed several business brands in international markets, and structured, negotiated and completed a wide range of international Intellectual Property Rights deals. He also has substantial private equity investment experience.
Martin Warner - Sales Director - Martin has extensive experience of sales and promotion in the print industry, running teh earliest adopter of variable digital print processes in the UK with IBM to bring Xeikon digital print systems to the market leading the development of database driven variable information and image print processes. He has a proven track record in developing new business relationships with clients in challenging development environments.
Paul FitzGerald- is a consultant working with Information Mosaic, the premier Corporate Actions scrubbing engine and has worked in the Securities industry for 28 years. He was formerly, co-founder of eVent Systems the corporate action product supplier. Before that he worked as Business Development Manager at City Networks and as IT Director for LGT Asset Management's (now part of Invesco) where he was responsible for the Global Data centre supporting LGT’s Global Fund Management Operations. Paul has close links with SWIFT, SMPG and the Data Vendors, has been an active member of several working practice groups (Including Proxy Voting) and has significant knowledge of business processes within the securities industry across the spectrum of Institution types.
Max Mansur - Dragonfly Technical Director - Max is a senior program and project leader for information technology and business solutions in data and processing at the national to global level. His 35 years of related experience covers all phases of the software applications lifecycle with a significant focus on bridging business and technology. He has managed delivery of innovative data-oriented solutions, focusing on standardization to improve risk and efficiency in finance, banking, capital markets, government, non-profits, and logistics sectors.
Matthew Barnett - PR Director - has over 25 years' experience in PR and media relations. His most recent post was Head of Corporate PR for SuperGroup Plc, guiding it through a successful flotation and presiding over the expansion of its iconic Superdry brand. He has worked in major consultancies and in-house across most industry sectors, and in addition has written for a wide range of national publications.
