Anti-Counterfeiting Legal Action

The Codel Mark belongs to Codel Ltd and can be used on any item that is registered with Codel.

Hence any attempt at counterfeiting, whether it be Trainers, Power Drills or Washing Machines, is not only a breach of the Brand Owner's IP rights, but it is also a breach of ours.

This means that with brand owner approval Codel can authorise Policing Agencies to take action for infringement of Codel intellectual property where currently the policing agencies have to deal with each individual brand owner direct.
