CODEL: The Key To Digital Certainty

Codel announced a new partnership with legal mediatior, ADR Group, at its briefing to the insurance industry 'Trust in On-line Insurance'.   

Michael Lind, Manging Director of ADR explains that it is much easier to resolve a dispute if there is clarity in the data that forms the transaction or agreement itself  but that there will still be a need for mediation, particularly where the parties interpret the content in two different ways.  'Codel is a great way to 'lock down' the data and enables much swifter mediation should a dispute arise.

James Zorab, Managing Director of Codel outlined Codel and ADR's plans to introduce Codel throught the legal industry starting with the panel of solictors who already work with ADR.  ADR and Codel are have launched 'Codel Bible' a simple Codel application that 'locks down' the data that is created during a transaction such as a merger or acquisition and which is then published as a bible either in paper or digital CD format.  More details on Codel Bible can be found here
